If you haven't tried a Chaffle Egg Sandwich then read this post, go get the ingredients, and make it ASAP! I had tried this once before, but I added one extra ingredient this time and I'm so hooked! These are great for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. I have just gotten off a 60 hour fast, I'll be sharing my experience soon, and I needed something low in carbs. Not only is it low in carbs, but its loaded with flavor and its filling!

All you need is:
Waffle maker
Olive Oil Spray
2 eggs
Shredded cheese of your choice
Everything But The Bagel seasoning (from Trader Joe's and Aldi)
Meat of your choice!
Crack one egg in a container
Add a tablespoon of shredded cheese
Sprinkle in some E.B.T.B. seasoning
Pour half the mixture in the mini waffle maker. You could use a regular size waffle maker using one full egg per 'slice'.
Meanwhile, fry up an egg and some bacon or sausage patty
Once the first Chaffle is finished, add the rest of the egg and close.
After you have everything cooked, put it together like a sandwich!
The flavor from the bagel seasoning gives it so much flavor! You could replace it with garlic salt, too. I've also seen people add avocado and tomatoes. The possibilities are endless! If you give it a try, be sure to share with me!
